Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:

We require a 1-6 day processing time to ship out orders. This may extend during high volume sale periods.

SHIPPING:

Orders may be received anywhere between 1-10 days of being shipped, depending on your location.

International orders may take up to 18 days. 

PREORDERS

Pre orders will be shipped once stock is received, alongside any items that were ordered at the same time unless you paid for standard + preorder shipping.

SHIPPING NOTICE FOR ALL PRODUCTS:

Please note at times there may be delays out of our control.

Once orders have been passed over to the courier it is the customers responsibility to ensure they pick up packages if it has been dropped at your local post office. We will not refund any orders that we’re not picked up in the given time frame, we will redirect those orders once received. Shipping will be at your expense.
